Masterclass with Abby Douek, Run specific Physiotherapist
Abby is one of the top run-specific physiotherapist in the United States and works on the professional road running circuit. She will share her experiences with breaking down the runner’s form and how the smallest changes can lead to personal bests. You will learn techniques and exercises to assess and correct your imbalances that can lead to injury. Stay on the trail and off the physio table with these invaluable tips. Very engaging hour, not to be missed!

Trail clinic with Chloë Lanthier
It’s time to optimize your run mechanics and leg fitness for steeper and more technical terrain. Chloë will teach you, in a fun and engaging style, to be more efficient and to save energy. You will leave the clinic with better mechanics and a set of tools to optimize your potential on the vertical and prevent the risk of injury. Everyone welcome!

Dryland | Strength and Mobility for Trail Runners
Outdoor clinic with Abby Douek & Chloë Lanthier
From running drills, mobility and dynamic exercises, to foot and lower leg motricity, get a run specific exercise routine to optimize power, strength, speed, elasticity and mobility specifically for the trail. Also a chance to receive some individual feedback on your musculoskeletal imbalances and run mechanics.

Masterclass with Stephanie Howe
Dr. Stephanie Howe will teach you the basics of physiology and metabolism and how to apply these to real life scenarios on the trail. A former Western States Champion, PhD in the field, and a coach and sport nutritionist for athletes from beginner to elite, Stephanie offers a unique blend of scientific research and practical application for trail and ultra runners.

Beyond Endurance, with Chloë Lanthier
An accomplished trail & ultra runner with over 40 podiums and a former 24 hour cross-country mountain bike World Champion, Chloë accumulated podiums for more than two decades while completing her studies and developing her consultancy business. She competed between 1996 and 2006 in the Iditarod Trail Invitational, an unsupported winter bike event in Alaska, distances ranging from 100, 350, and 1000 miles finishing first female and top ten overall multiple times. After completing the 1000 mile race, six weeks later she finished 5th female at the Marathon des Sables. A self-coached athlete, come hear intimate stories of resilience, pain and perseverance and insight on the brain of the endurance athlete. Pushing the boundaries of physiology, she will share her physical, emotional, mental and mindset approach, the importance of skill set, longevity with few injuries, dedication for lifestyle, and the Power of Passion.

Rebecca will provide everything you need to know to help plan and practice your race nutrition strategy :

- how to adjust your nutrition and hydration to varying weather conditions ; heat and cold

Time to innovate your training & racing habits. Chloë will share how to optimize the quality of your training, both physically and mentally, with key strategies to progress from week to week and maximize your body and brain physiology. Get some great workout examples that will change the way you think, run and race. Chloë is a NCCP professional running coach with 25 years of experience with a strong background in sport science & research. Known for her effective methodology she has helped hundreds of elite and recreational trail runners unlock potential, recover from injury and overtraining, to achieve PB.

Abby and Chloë, both sport rehabilitation and injury prevention experts will present the fundamentals of running injury. They will answer your questions and give you practical solutions so you can progress, perform and stay injury free – not to miss. An opportunity to understand the mechanism of your pain, tightness, soreness etc. since the symptoms are not the cause!
