Katarzyna Melcer
Trail running enthusiast and passionate about the sport, Katarzyna has been working with the International Trail Running Association (ITRA) since 2019. She currently serves as the association’s Operations Manager, overseeing its daily activities.
In her own words…”Running is a space to be alone with myself. It’s a time when I can focus entirely on my own thoughts and feelings. I enjoy races between 30 and 60 km the most. That said, I’ve also challenged myself in longer races in the past. Since 2019, I’ve been living permanently in France. I am currently based near Chamonix, in the commune of Sallanches.”
Katarzyna Solińska
Katarzyna is a professional and passionate ultra-marathon runner from Poland whose journey with mountain running began in 2016. However, her athletic roots date back to her teenage years, when she specialized in short-distance track events.
After nearly a decade away from competitive sports, her return to running became one of the most transformative and fulfilling decisions of her life. Among her most notable achievements are a 6th place finish at UTMB (25h20min) in 2023, a 5th place at CCC in 2021 and numerous podiums at international races such as the Lavaredo Ultra Trail, the Transgrancanaria, the Trail Verbier by UTMB. She is also a multiple medalist at the Polish Mountain Running Championships.
With her husband Maciek, she co-founded a coaching company dedicated to mountain runners, leading their team Trail Is Our Way. She is also an ambassador for Ultra Women Magazine, a community that brings together women who love running in the mountains. Katarzyna organizes women’s trail running camps and is an ambassador, coach, and athletic development coordinator at the Ultra Women Foundation, which supports ambitious female athletes on their path to professional sports. She holds a degree in psychology. Katarzyna is a professional athlete representing the On Trail team.
Maciej Dombrowski
Maciej is a Polish ultra-trail runner and former professional mountain biker with a long-standing passion for endurance sports. His athletic journey began in 2000, when at the age of 11 he lined up for his first MTB race. Over the next decade, he established himself as one of Poland’s top cycling talents, winning numerous races both in Poland and abroad.
He is a multiple medalist at the Polish MTB Championships, winner of the U23 Central European Cup and has represented Poland at the World and European Championships. After retiring from professional cycling in 2012, Maciej shifted his focus to a new challenge: building a culinary career in Norway, where he became the head chef of a top restaurant. Yet his connection with sport never faded. In the years that followed, he returned to endurance training, this time on foot. His move to trail and ultra running proved to be a powerful new chapter, marked by rapid success. Today, Maciej is known for his combination of power, strategy, and mountain skill. He continues to pursue ambitious goals on the trail while sharing his expertise as a coach through the company Trail Is Our Way, which he co-founded with his wife Katarzyna Solińska.
Chloë Lanthier
Chloë is an internationally renowned high-performance science consultant specializing in sport-specific physiology, biomechanics and sports injury management. Leading with passion and innovative evidence-based methodologies she always aims to translate the complexity of the human body into practical, progressive and highly effective rehabilitation and performance training applications- and most of all she gives results.
She lectures to specialists in sports orthopedic, at sports medicine conferences, as well as to educational institutions, performance and national training centers. She works with some of the best professional teams and athletes across a wide range of sports including PSG and Rafael Nadal. A scientist for the NASA space program, she is a published author, keynote speaker and a level 4 NCCP (National Canadian Coaching Certification Program) professional running coach. Chloë is an accomplished mountain endurance athlete with over 40 podiums in ultra and trail running, a former cross-country mountain bike world champion, she competed for several years in the Iditarod Trail Invitational an unsupported winter bike event in Alaska distances ranging from 350 to 1000 miles, finishing top ten overall. She has been engage in the trail running community for over three decades across North America and in Europe.
Chloë holds a BA of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Master in Biomechanics and Human Performance.
Canadian she lives in Chamonix.

Linda Hubbard
Linda is the mother of three teenage girls, and spends as much time as possible exploring the mountains on foot, by bike or splitboard, and family Holidays are all about mountain adventures.
She ran competitively as a child, representing England in cross-country, but it wasn’t until moving to the Alps that she fell in love with trail running.
Over the years, she gradually progressed to longer distances, from half marathon to 75km and reached the podium in a few local races, including the Trail de Gypaète and the Tor de Fiz. Her longest run ever was 100km, until she decided to participate in the Tor des Géants in 2024, 330km and 24 000D+. The edition was difficult, cold temperature, snow and strong winds. Her husband Jack crewed her throughout the entire race. After nine months of specific training working closely with Chloë Lanthier, she finished in five days and four hours; 15th women, 150th overall, with 533 finishers and 552 DNF’s.
Alongside running, Linda is in the process of opening a community-focused clubhouse in Morillon to connect entrepreneurs with the energy and inspiration of the mountains. She also works with the CoverageBook team, providing credible PR metrics to the industry. Linda lives in Morillon, just over the hills from Chamonix.
Joseph Mestrallet
Sport is crazy about data, meet Joseph, a data scientist wizard to help you understand how to prioritize data to progress and better perform.
Joseph is an obsessed data scientist who uses his mathematical skills to optimize performance. By collecting all the data from elite athletes, he allows us to take the gold medal by capturing the missing 1 to 3% of performance. By collaborating with high-level individuals such as Ruth Croft and Tom Evans, he takes trail running science to an unprecedented level. Joseph is the founder of Enduraw, a sports performance research laboratory. He is a graduate of HEC Paris, École Polytechnique and holds a master in Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley. Joseph is from Chamonix.
Florence van Hasselt
Florence has always loved sports. She recently caught the running bug and decided to tackle three marathons (Paris, Amsterdam and Rotterdam) in a year. Always ready to take on a challenge and pushing herself, she now dreams of taking up into trail and mountain running, which is a bit of a challenge in the flat Netherlands where she lives. She hopes to pursue this passion in the future! Her job takes her all over the world, working with all kinds of athletes and attending various sporting events (UTMB Chamonix, Paris Olympics, Australian Open and upcoming in September the World Athletic Championships in Tokyo) to ensure everyone has the right vision gear. Florence works on the Nike Vision Sports Marketing Team and lives in Amsterdam.
